Public Motor Garage

Public Motor Garage is our shop in Vadodara. We’re located in Byraveshwara Nagar. It’s a place where there is always grease on the floor and the smell of oil in the air. We’ve been fixing cars and bikes in this part of Vadodara for years. Byraveshwara Nagar is a good spot because people can get to us easily from the main roads. The garage is basically a big open space with a couple of lifts and a lot of toolboxes. It’s usually loud with the sound of engines running or someone using a wrench. We don't have a waiting room with a TV or anything like that. People usually just stand around and chat while we take a look at their vehicles. The walls are covered in old calendars and parts posters. We started out small and just stayed in this same location. The neighbors are used to the noise by now. Sometimes we have cars parked all along the street when we have a lot of work. We try to get through the jobs as fast as we can, but some repairs just take time. It’s regular work and we keep at it. Most of the people who come to Public Motor Garage are locals who have been coming to us for a long time. They know we will just tell them what’s actually wrong. We just keep our hands dirty and keep the engines running every day.
