Psl Ltd. Varsana

Out here in Pipalpan, things are a lot quieter than the big cities. We’re part of the Jhagadia taluka in the Bharuch district. The Psl Ltd office here is more of a base for the regional work. We are located near Kadwali. It’s a bit of a trek to get here, surrounded by greenery and some industrial spots. The office itself is a plain building. We have a big porch where we sometimes stand to get some air. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and a lot of binders. We have to keep everything tracked, so the shelves are pretty full. There’s an old clock on the wall that ticks very loudly. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows everyone’s business. We don't have any high-tech security or a lobby with fancy magazines. We just have a wooden table where we sit for lunch. The tap in the bathroom leaks a little, but we put a bucket under it. It’s just a normal, practical workplace. We deal with the logistics for Varsana from this side of Gujarat. The weather gets very humid because we aren't too far from the river. We just keep the fans going and get through the pile of work on our desks. It’s a steady pace of life. We don't rush unless we have to.
