Prutha Maternity Hospital

Our hospital is located at number 3 in the Shree Muktanand Society. We are right near the Mental Hospital Road in the Karelibaug area of Vadodara. The Prutha Maternity Hospital is a place where a lot of families come when they are having a baby. It is usually filled with the sounds of babies and people talking in low voices in the hallways. We have been here for a while, and the neighborhood of Karelibaug is a familiar place to us. The road outside can be quite busy, but inside the society, it feels a bit more contained. We have rooms for the mothers and spaces where the staff can keep an eye on everything. It is a lot of work, especially during the night shifts when things are quieter but every sound seems louder. We don't have a fancy lobby with expensive art; we have practical furniture and walls that we try to keep clean. The staff here is used to the long hours and the constant flow of people coming and going. Sometimes the families bring in snacks or tea when a baby is born, and that makes the breakroom a little brighter for a while. We just focus on the mothers and the infants, making sure they have what they need during their stay. It is a plain, hardworking environment where we deal with the realities of life every single day in this part of Vadodara.
