You can find us at 26 Nilamber 4, which is on Vasna Bhaili Road in Vadodara. This part of the city has really changed over the last few years, and we’ve been right here for a lot of it. We manage properties and deal with real estate for people in the neighborhood. We aren't some big chain with offices all over the country. We’re just here in Vadodara, focusing on what’s happening on this side of town. The office is where we keep all our records and meet people, but we’re often out on the road checking on different sites. We aren't interested in sounding corporate or using fancy language. We just talk to people like they’re our neighbors, because usually, they are. We’ve built up our business by just being around and knowing the local market. If you want to know which way the road is expanding or what the new shops are going to be, we usually have a good idea. We don't have a big marketing department. It’s just us. We handle the management of buildings and help folks buy or sell when they’re ready. It’s a lot of work, but we like the variety of it. One day we might be looking at a small plot and the next we’re dealing with a whole apartment building. We just take it as it comes and try to be helpful.
