You can find Priyanka Constructions (Baroda) Pvt. Ltd. at 146, Chimanlal Park. We are right opposite the Poonam Complex on Waghodiya Road here in Vadodara. It’s a good location because Waghodiya Road is always bustling and easy to get to. We aren't the type of company that has a lot of fancy brochures or a high-tech website. We just work. Most of our time is spent out on the sites, making sure the foundations are right or checking on the masonry. Construction is a lot of grit and patience. You have to deal with the weather, the traffic, and the occasional delay in getting the right cement or steel. We take it as it comes. Our office in Chimanlal Park is where the paperwork happens, but the real work is out in the sun. We’ve been in Vadodara long enough to know how things work around here. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We build stuff. It’s as simple as that. If someone needs a project handled, they usually just drop by or give us a call. We prefer the direct approach. It’s a family-run kind of feel even if we are a private limited company. We care about the local neighborhood and we’re glad to be a part of the Waghodiya Road community. It keeps us busy and we wouldn't have it any other way. It is just real work for real people.
