Prism Computer

Prism Computer is a small shop located at number 68 on Laxmi Cotton Road. We’ve been here for a few years now, right in the thick of things. It’s a basic setup where we fix laptops and desktops for whoever walks through the door. The space is a bit cramped because we have stacks of old monitors and spare parts boxes everywhere. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s mostly just a long workbench where we spend our hours with screwdrivers and thermal paste. People bring in computers that won't turn on or laptops with cracked screens. We also help with basic stuff like installing Windows or cleaning out dust from the fans. Laxmi Cotton Road is a noisy place with a lot of shops, so there is always a bit of a buzz. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know how to handle the hardware. Sometimes we get busy and the turnaround takes a bit longer, but we try to be clear about that. We aren't corporate at all. If you come in, you just talk to the person who is actually going to do the repair. We just like fixing things and keeping busy. It’s a regular neighborhood shop for regular computer problems. We try to be fair and just get the machines back in working order.
