Pride Associates

We have been set up at Akota 6 for a good while now under the name Pride Associates. It is not some flashy office with glass walls or a big lobby. It is just a regular place where we come every morning to get our work done. The street outside gets pretty busy with traffic and people walking by, so there is always some noise coming through the windows. We have a few desks and some old filing cabinets that have been here since we started. Most of our day is spent answering the phone or sitting at the computers. It gets a bit cramped when all of us are in at the same time, but we manage just fine. We usually have a pot of tea going in the small kitchen area, and that is about as fancy as it gets here. The walls could probably use some new paint, and the carpet is showing some wear, but it is a comfortable place for us to work. We know the other people in the building and usually say hello in the hallway. There is nothing too special about how we run things. We just show up on time, do what needs to be done for the day, and then lock up and go home. It is a simple routine that works for us. We are just a local bunch of people trying to keep things moving along without making too much of a fuss about it.
