Pratham Properties

Pratham Properties is located at F/8 in Brijpark Soc -1. We are right near the Manjalpur Township -1 area. Baroda -11 is where we’ve spent most of our time working. It’s a local neighborhood, and we like being part of it. The office isn't very large, but it’s enough for what we need. We handle property stuff, which means a lot of talking to people and looking at different places. We don't use fancy brochures or polished sales pitches. We just show people what’s available and let them decide for themselves. Brijpark is a quiet society, so it’s easy to focus on work here. Sometimes the internet acts up or the printer jams, but we manage. We aren’t experts in everything, but we know this area pretty well. Manjalpur has grown a lot lately. We’ve seen new houses and shops pop up all over. It keeps us busy. Our day starts fairly early and we usually wrap up when the sun goes down. There isn't much to say other than we are just a small team doing our thing. If you need to find us, just look for Brijpark Society near the township. We are usually in the office during normal hours. It’s just a basic setup for a basic business. We like keeping things simple and honest with everyone we meet.
