Pratham Developers

Our office is over at A-4 in the Ashwin Park Society. It’s on Susan Tarsali Road in the Makarpura area of Baroda. This part of the city has a lot of industrial stuff around, so it feels a bit different than the middle of town. We have been based in this society for a long time. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a couple of old tables and some chairs that have seen better days. It is not a place where you would expect to see fancy furniture. We mostly just deal with people who have business in the Makarpura area. Sometimes the traffic on Susan Tarsali Road gets backed up, making it hard to get in and out quickly. We usually just stay put and focus on what is on our desks. There is a small tea stall nearby where we go sometimes. The office can get a bit stuffy, so we use a couple of pedestal fans to keep the air moving. It’s a very local way of working. We don't have any big meetings or corporate policies. If someone needs something, they just walk in and we talk about it. We have a lot of old paper files because we haven't moved everything to the computer yet. It’s just us, doing our thing in a quiet corner of Baroda. We've been here long enough that the place feels like a second home.
