Shiyapura is one of those places where the lanes can be a bit narrow and confusing if you aren't from around here, but Patel Pen Corner is a famous spot that helps people find their way. The Sitaram Complex is an older building with a lot of character. Our clinic is focused on hearing aids and helping people hear a bit better. We have small rooms where we do the testing and fit the devices. It is a quiet office, which is necessary for the kind of work we do. Outside in the lane, it can be quite noisy with people shopping and moving around Raopura. We have some display cases with the different hearing aid models, but nothing too flashy. The waiting area is small, just enough for a few people to sit comfortably. We have been here for a while and know most of the shopkeepers in the Sitaram Complex. It feels like a real part of the neighborhood. We aren't a big chain, just a local clinic in Shiyapura doing our job day by day. If you reach the pen corner, you are almost there, just turn into the lane and look for our door. We stay until the evening and then lock up for the night.
