Pramukh Bag & Lining Works

You have to come up to the first floor of Krishna Complex to find us. We are at number 9, right in the 9th Block on 6th Cross. It is a bit of a walk up the stairs but it is okay once you get used to it. Jay Vadodara is where we are located. At Pramukh Bag & Lining Works, we handle a lot of fabric and tough materials. Most of the day is spent with the sound of sewing machines in the background. It gets quite loud when all of them are running at the same time. We do a lot of lining work which is tedious but necessary. People bring in their bags that have the insides torn up. The Krishna Complex is usually full of people running errands. Being on the first floor means we do not get as much dust from the street which is a plus. I have some tea around eleven and then get back to the machine. The space is a bit cramped with all the scraps of cloth and the big rolls of lining material on the floor. It is just honest work. We do not have a big team or anything. Just a few of us working on the orders that come in. Vadodara is a hot place so the mornings are the best time to get the heavy work done. We stay late if there is a big pile of bags waiting.
