Prakash Airfreight P Ltd is situated in the Navabazaar area of Baroda. To find us, you have to go to Sudhrai Street and look for the Rajkamal Foam Agency. We are actually on the third floor of that same building. It is right across from Kirti Hall, which is a big landmark that everyone in the neighborhood knows. Getting up to the third floor is a bit of a climb, but once you are there, you can see the busy street below. We deal with airfreight, so everything is about speed and timing. Even though we are in an older building, we keep everything organized so we can answer questions quickly. The office is often full of the smell of the foam from the agency downstairs and the sound of the city traffic. We have been in Baroda for a long time and have seen the city change quite a bit. Our work is mostly about filing the right papers and making sure the air cargo gets to the airport on time. We do not have any shiny brochures or fancy websites. We just do our jobs and talk to our customers like regular people. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets flooded during the monsoon, but we always find a way to keep the business running.
