It’s definitely not a place where you’d find fancy decorations. We have some old calendars on the walls and a few stacks of folders that probably need filing. Most of our days are spent coordinating with people on construction sites, so the office can be a bit quiet or really loud depending on who’s in. We don’t use any complicated systems. We just talk to each other and get the tasks done. The tea guy comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a break. Vasana Road is a busy place, and there’s always something happening outside. We like being part of the Vadodara community. It’s a straightforward operation here. No one puts on any acts. We just show up in our work clothes, handle the engineering side of things, and head home when the job is finished. It is a simple life for us here in Vadodara.
