Magnum Extrusion

Working out of units 207 and 208 in the GIDC Estate at Por-ramangamdi can get pretty loud during the day. We are located right in the Por area of Vadodara district, surrounded by other factories and trucks moving in and out all the time. Our daily routine involves a lot of heat and the hum of the extrusion machines running in the background. It’s not the quietest place to be, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Most of the guys here have been with us for a long time, so they know exactly how the metal or plastic needs to be handled. We spend a lot of time checking the sizes and making sure the runs are consistent. Sometimes the power fluctuates, which is annoying, but we just wait it out and get back to it. It’s dusty work, and in the summer, the Vadodara heat makes the shed feel like an oven. We usually keep the big shutters open to get some air moving. People come by the office address looking for parts or just to check on their orders. We don't have any flashy signs or a big reception area. It’s just a practical setup where we produce what’s needed. We mostly focus on getting the specs right so the pieces fit together like they should. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy from morning till the sun goes down.
