Bright Star Insulation Packaging Industries

Bright Star Insulation Packaging Industries is located at unit 319 in the GIDC Estate at Por-Ramangamdi. This part of Vadodara is very industrial, so our neighbors are all factories and warehouses just like us. It’s a loud place with trucks moving in and out at all hours. Our unit is mostly taken up by the machinery we use for insulation and packaging work. We don't have a polished office space. The walls are just plain brick and the floor is stained from years of work. We like it that way because it shows we actually do something here. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We have a small crew and everyone knows their job. We spend most of our shift making sure the machines are running right and the packaging is being made correctly. It’s a lot of physical labor and we get pretty tired by the end of the day. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or machinery breaking down, but we just fix it and keep going. We don't have a marketing team or a bunch of slogans. We just focus on getting the products ready for the people who need them. It’s a simple, gritty environment, but it suits the kind of work we do. We’ve been in Por for a long time and we’ve gotten used to the noise and the dust. It’s just home to us now and we keep things moving every day.
