We’ve been at 101 154 in the GIDC Estate for a while now. Por-ramangamdi is one of those places where everyone is doing something industrial, and it gets pretty dusty around here. Aircare Projects is mostly about air systems and such. We spend most of our days looking at drawings or out at the sites. It’s not a fancy office, just a practical space where we get things done. The traffic on the way to Por can be a headache, especially in the mornings, but you get used to it. Our staff has been around for years, and we mostly just know each other’s habits by now. Sometimes the power goes out, or it’s just too hot in the summer, but the work moves along. We started small and stayed here because it’s convenient for the clients in the Vadodara district. There’s a tea stall nearby where we go for breaks, and that’s pretty much the highlight of the afternoon. We don’t do much of the big corporate talk, just handle the projects as they come in. If you walk into our office, you’ll see piles of files and maybe a few samples lying around. It feels like a real workplace, not a showroom. Most of our guys are from around the local area, so there’s a lot of Gujarati being spoken. It’s a bit noisy with the machinery from the neighbors, but it’s a good spot to be in for this kind of work.
