Integra Switchgear Ltd. operates from two locations. Our main factory is at 10, GIDC Estate in Por-Ramangamdi, which is a bit outside Vadodara. We also have an office at 344, GIDC Estate in Makarpura. Having two spots keeps us pretty busy. The Por location is where we do the heavy assembly and testing of the switchgear. It’s a big space with lots of workbenches and testing equipment. The Makarpura office is more for the administrative side of things, though there’s some storage there too. Both places are typical industrial units. They aren't fancy or modern. We have been in business for a long time, so we have a lot of old equipment alongside the newer stuff. We don't have a corporate culture with meetings and presentations. We just talk about what needs to be built each day. The staff is a mix of older workers who have been with us for decades and some younger guys learning the trade. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of the switches. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it has to be done right. We don't bother with fancy brochures or social media. Most people in the electrical industry already know who we are. We just keep our heads down and focus on making reliable gear. It’s a steady, quiet way to run a company.
