Arya Craft Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is situated at Plot No 444 in the GIDC Estate. Like most engineering shops in this estate, our place is more about function than anything else. We have a lot of metal lying around and machines that take up most of the floor space. It’s usually pretty loud in here with the sound of cutting or grinding going on. We have been at this location for years. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and there’s always a bit of oil or grease somewhere on the floor. We aren't trying to be a fancy corporate office. We are an engineering firm, so our focus is on the tools and the work we do for our customers. Most of the guys here have been working with machines for a long time. We wear heavy boots and shirts that get stained pretty fast. The GIDC is a busy industrial hub, so there are always trucks coming in and out, which makes the roads a bit rough and bumpy. Our office part is just a small corner partitioned off so we can handle the billing and the drawings without getting too much metal dust on the papers. It’s a straightforward operation. We show up, look at the specs, and get to work on the metal. There isn't much more to it than that. It’s a solid, everyday grind that keeps us busy from morning until the gates close at night. We just get on with it.
