Our factory is tucked away in Maneja, over in Vadodara. If you have ever been out this way, you know it is a pretty industrial spot. We spend our days working with bearings—those little metal parts that keep everything else turning. It is precision work, even if the building itself looks a bit older. There is always the smell of machine oil in the air, which you get used to after a couple of days. We have a lot of different machines for grinding and testing, and it takes a while to learn how to run them all properly. It is not a glamorous job, but it is steady. We have a canteen where everyone gathers for lunch, and that is usually the loudest part of the day. The rest of the time, we are mostly focused on the metal. We do not really do much in the way of marketing or trying to look fancy for the public. We just make the bearings and send them out to wherever they are needed. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine breaks down, and we all have to pitch in to get things back on track. It is a local operation with a lot of history in this part of Vadodara. We are not trying to impress anyone with big words; we just want the stuff we make to work the way it is supposed to when it leaves the gate.
