We are situated right at Chokhandi Char Rasta, just opposite Shri Hari Farsan. If you know the area, you know how busy that crossroads can get with traffic and people. The smell of snacks from the farsan shop often drifts over to our side, which is nice in the afternoons. Platinum Home-Care Chemicals is a simple operation. We focus on products that people use in their homes, and we've been at this spot for a good while. The shop isn't anything special to look at, just a regular place with shelves and a desk. We spend a lot of time talking to people who walk in off the street. Since we are at a major junction, we see all kinds of folks passing through our doors. It can be a bit hectic with the traffic and the noise, but we are used to it by now. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or shiny brochures. We just talk to our customers and tell them what we have in stock. Sometimes the floor gets a bit messy when we are moving boxes around or organizing the inventory. We just sweep it up and keep going. It’s a small team here, so everyone does a bit of everything. We don't have any big corporate goals or things like that. We just want to make sure the chemicals we sell are decent and that we can keep the lights on for another month.
