It’s a dusty place, especially when the wind picks up, but that’s just how it is in this part of Gujarat. We don't spend much time on decorations or making the place look pretty. It’s about the carbon black and getting it where it needs to go. We’ve got a small team here, and everyone knows their job. Some days are busier than others, especially when a big shipment arrives or needs to be loaded up. We drink a lot of tea to keep going during the long afternoons.
