We have been at L 1/11 in Mari Mata's Lane for quite some time now. It is a busy little spot in Vadodara. Our office isn't anything fancy, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of folders stacked up on the shelves. Most days it is just us handling paperwork and talking to people who drop by. The lane gets pretty crowded in the afternoons, especially with the local traffic. We started here because it was close to where we live. It is just easier that way for everyone. Sometimes the old ceiling fan makes a bit of noise, but we are used to it by now. We do not have a big team, just a few of us who know how things work around here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking through documents. It gets very hot in the summer months, so we keep the windows shut and try to stay cool inside. People know us by the sign outside, even though it is getting a bit faded from the sun. It is a simple setup. We do not do much advertising because most folks just find us by walking past or hearing about us from someone else in the neighborhood. We keep our hours pretty regular, though sometimes we stay late if there is a lot to finish up. The chai wala nearby brings us tea twice a day, which helps us keep going. It is just a normal workplace.
