We are located over at 63/A in the Railway Colony, right in the Pratap Nagar area of Baroda. You’ll see the address has a bunch of dots after it on the old papers, but it is just the way things were typed out back then. Being near the railway means we hear the trains all day, which you just get used to after a week or two. Our focus is mainly on local construction projects. It might be a small renovation or something a bit bigger, depending on who walks through the door. Pratap Nagar is a busy spot, and we like being right in the middle of it. The office is pretty simple, with some old chairs and a lot of rolled-up drawings sitting in the corners. We don’t do much advertising because most people just hear about us from their cousins or friends who lived in the colony. It is a practical way to run a business. We show up, look at the site, tell you what can be done, and then get the guys started on the digging or the brickwork. There is always a lot of dust involved in this line of work, but that’s just part of the job. We have been handling things here in Baroda for a good stretch now, and we plan to stay put. We focus on the everyday repairs and builds that keep a neighborhood running. It isn't complicated, but it takes time to get the details right, and we don't like to rush through the work at all.
