Our office is basically just a few rooms in a quiet corner of the society. Being in Vadodara means the summers are really hot, so we spend a lot of our time making sure the fans are working right. It’s a local business through and through. We have some cabinets full of documents and a couple of computers that have been with us for years. The main road is always busy with cars and bikes, but once you step inside the society, it gets much quieter. We have a small kettle in the corner for making tea during the afternoons. Sometimes the neighbor's dog barks a lot, which we find a bit funny. We handle various liasoning tasks and there’s always a lot of phone calls to make. The desks are a bit cluttered with pens and sticky notes, but we know where everything is. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist, just us sitting in our chairs and getting the work done. Shaktidham Society is a nice place to be based out of because it feels safe and steady. We usually pack our lunches and eat together while talking about nothing in particular. It’s a regular life for us here in Vadodara.
