Paramount Limited

Our place is A122, Shiv Banglows, which is on the New Vip Road near Harni Road in Baroda. It is a bungalow that we have converted into an office for Paramount Limited. It has a bit more space than some other places, which is helpful because we have more files to store. The area is growing fast, and there are always new buildings going up nearby. We like being on the New VIP Road because it is easy for people to find us. There is a small porch out front where we sometimes take our breaks. The office inside is a bit of a mix of everything. We have some computers, but there are also plenty of handwritten ledgers lying around. We aren't very high-tech. We prefer to talk to people face-to-face or over a simple phone call. The staff here is small, just a handful of us who have worked together for a long time. We know each other’s families and what everyone likes to eat. It is a very friendly place to work. We don't have any strict rules about uniforms or anything like that. We just show up and get through the list of things that need doing. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but once you step inside the banglow, it is mostly just the sound of people working. It is a solid, everyday kind of life here in Baroda and we stay busy.
