Paramount Limited

We are located over at A 129 Shantiniketan Soc, right near the Ranchodji Mandir in the Panigate area of Vadodara. Being close to the temple means we hear the bells and the activity all day long, which is actually quite nice. Paramount Limited is just a small office inside the society. It is a residential neighborhood, so it is mostly families living around us. We try to keep things quiet so we don't bother the neighbors. Our office is basically just a few rooms with some old wooden desks and filing cabinets that have seen better days. We don't have a fancy lobby. You just walk in past the small garden out front. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or working through stacks of papers. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. It is a very relaxed atmosphere. Most of the people working here have lived in Gujarat their whole lives. We know the local shops and where to get the best snacks in the afternoon. We don't use any corporate jargon. If something needs to be done, we just do it. It is an honest way to spend the day. We have been at this address for a long time, so everyone in the Shantiniketan society knows who we are. It feels more like a home than a workplace most of the time, and we like it that way.
