Paprica Restaurant

We've been here in Karelibaug for a while now. A/33 on the 5th Main Road. Most people know us because we're right near the telephone exchange. It's a busy spot but we like it here. I started this place because I just liked cooking for my friends and then it turned into a real job. We don't have fancy decorations or anything. Just some tables and chairs and the kitchen in the back. Usually, the smells from the spices hit you before you even walk through the door. My brother helps me out with the orders and my cousin is in the kitchen most days. We try to keep things simple. If we run out of something, we just tell you. It happens sometimes when we're busy on the weekends. Karelibaug is a nice area, lots of families around here. We see the same faces every week, people coming in for a quick bite or taking something home for dinner. It's not a big operation. Sometimes the phone rings too much and we can't get to it right away if we're in the middle of a big order. But we do our bit. The 2nd stage area is easy to find once you get past the main road. We just keep the stoves going and make sure the food is hot when it gets to the table. That’s pretty much how it goes every day for us. Nothing too complicated, just a local eatery doing what we do.
