Our place is over at Gotri Road in Hari Nagar Society, units 20 and 21. It’s a bit of a mix of residential and business around here, so it feels a little more relaxed than a big factory zone. We work with intermediates, which basically means we handle the chemicals and stuff that go into making other things. It’s a lot of technical work, but we try to keep things simple in the office. The space in Hari Nagar Society has been our home for a while. We have these two units side by side. Most days involve a lot of checking lists and making sure the storage is organized. It’s important because you can’t just leave this stuff lying around. We have a few desks and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. It isn’t a place for showing off. We just come in, do the paperwork, and talk to our suppliers. Sometimes the neighbors walk by and say hello. It’s a good community. We’ve grown a bit, but we still feel like a small outfit. If someone calls, they’re usually talking to one of three people who have been here forever. We don’t have a big call center or anything like that. We just handle the business ourselves. It gets busy during the middle of the month, but we manage. We just keep our heads down and do the job right so there are no problems with the shipments. Everyone here knows their role quite well.
