Vinayak Timber Mart

If you head down Ipcl Road toward New Indira Nagar, you’ll find our timber mart right near the Jalaram Mandir. It’s a busy spot in Panchvati Gorva. There is always a lot of traffic passing by, and the sound of motorcycles and trucks is constant. Inside the yard, it’s mostly the smell of wood and sawdust. We have stacks of timber piled up in different sections. Some of it is heavy and hard to move, so we spend a lot of time shuffling things around to get to what a customer wants. The yard isn't perfectly neat; there are wood chips on the ground and stacks that aren't quite straight. We have a small desk tucked in the corner where we keep our notes and some old pens. People stop in because they saw our sign or were visiting the mandir nearby. It gets dusty, especially when the wind blows off the main road. We don't have a fancy showroom. It is just a work yard where we handle the wood. Sometimes we have to cut things down to size, so the saw is running for part of the afternoon. It can get loud, but we don't mind it much. We’ve been at this location for a good while and know the neighbors pretty well. It’s a straightforward business, really. We just show up, move the wood, and go home when the sun sets.
