We are over here at Plot No. 228 on the Baroda-Jambusar Highway in Dabhasa. If you've driven past this way, you might have seen the trucks coming and going from our gate. It gets pretty dusty out here on the highway, especially when the wind picks up, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Our team mostly spends the day dealing with various agro products. It is honest work, mostly involving loading and making sure the food items are stored properly before they head out to wherever they are going next. Some of us have been working here since the beginning, so we know the layout of the place like the back of our hand. The shed can get a bit hot during the summer afternoons, but we keep the fans going and just get on with it. We don't really do anything fancy or have those big corporate meetings you hear about in the cities. Usually, it’s just a quick chat in the morning to see what needs to be moved or packed. We try to keep the place organized, though with so many sacks and boxes, it’s a bit of a challenge sometimes. People around Dabhasa know us as the local spot for agro stuff, or by our official name, Madhav Agro Foods Pvt. Ltd. We just focus on getting the daily tasks done and making sure the inventory is right. It’s a simple setup, nothing too complicated, just a lot of moving parts and people working hard to keep things moving along the highway route.
