Ltd. operates out of this unit, and it’s a pretty busy place most of the time. The air always has that smell of industry, and there’s usually a bit of noise from the nearby plants. We’ve got our routine down. The morning starts early before it gets too hot out. Working in a GIDC unit means you deal with things as they come, whether it's a power glitch or a delivery delay. We aren't doing anything flashy here. It’s mostly about keeping the machines running and the floor clean. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty because of all the activity outside, but that’s just how it is. We have a few rooms for the staff and a place to sit when we take our lunch. The guys on the floor know their jobs well. We don’t spend a lot of time on long speeches or planning for years ahead. It’s more about what needs to happen today and tomorrow. Panoli is a long way from the city center, so it’s a quiet life in its own way, once you get past the machinery hum. We just keep our heads down and do the work we’ve got in front of us.
