We are located right off the Old National Highway Number 8 in Sankarda. Being near the highway means we see a lot of trucks and long-distance travelers passing by our gates every hour. It is a bit of a dusty spot because of all the construction and the traffic, but it makes it easy for our logistics. We focus on pharmaceutical manufacturing at this site. The building is not anything special to look at, but it has everything we need to get the job done. Inside, it is quite clinical and quiet compared to the noise of the highway outside. Our team mostly comes from the nearby villages and towns. We have a routine that starts early in the morning before the sun gets too high and the heat becomes an issue. There is always something to fix or a batch to monitor. We do not really bother with big speeches or marketing plans. We just make the products and get them loaded onto the trucks. Sometimes the power goes out or a delivery is late, which happens when you are out here, but we find ways to keep things going. It is a practical environment. We have our small canteen where everyone eats and talks about their families. It is a simple life, focused on making sure the pharma work is done correctly. We have been here for a while and the highway is basically our backyard.
