Organic Coatings Ltd.

Organic Coatings Ltd. is located out in Dabhasa Village. We are part of the Padra Taluka in the Vadodara District. If you know where the DPS School is, we are right behind it. It is a bit of a quieter area compared to the city, which is a nice change for us. You can even hear the school bells sometimes during the day when the wind is right. We have been out here for quite a while now. The village life is very different from being in a big industrial park in the middle of a city. We know many of the people who live in the nearby houses. Our building is a solid structure that has seen a lot of years go by. We do not put much stock in fancy decorations or modern office designs. The focus for us is always on the actual work happening inside the building. We deal with coatings and it is a job that requires a lot of attention to detail every day. Most of our workers live in the surrounding villages, so it feels like a local effort. We do not have a big corporate culture or anything like that. It is more like a small community where everyone knows what their job is. Sometimes the power goes out or the roads get muddy during the monsoon season, but we just manage. It is a practical, no-nonsense way of running a business in the district.
