You can find us at Orchid Developers over in Vadodara. Our office is located in the Unadnath Flats, specifically at Pankaj B. Raj 11. We are right near Rail Nagar, just off Alembic Road. It is a busy part of the city with a lot of movement every day. The office itself is inside the flats, so it has a very local, lived-in feel to it. We aren't tucked away in some high-rise building. We are right here where things are happening. The heat in Gujarat can be quite something in the summer, so we usually have the fans going full blast while we work on our project plans. We handle various development tasks, from looking at land to dealing with the actual building side of things. It’s a lot of practical work and not much else. We don’t have any fancy brochures or a big sales pitch. Usually, people just know us through the work we have done around here or they just stop by the flats to ask questions. We have been at this location for a good while now. The 390003 area is quite familiar to us. We just sit at our desks, drink our tea, and make sure the projects stay on track. It is a simple, honest way to spend the day, and we wouldn't have it any other way. There is always someone here during office hours, even if we are just sorting through some old files or taking a break.
