Ongc

Our spot is over in Raopura, specifically in the Kapdipole area at Chanchalnivas Ranavas. It’s an old part of Vadodara, so it has a lot of character. The narrow lanes can get a bit cramped sometimes. We are at number 29. Being in Gujarat, the weather gets quite hot in the summer, but the building stays relatively cool. It’s not a corporate skyscraper. Our setup is more traditional, and everyone knows each other’s names. Working for Ongc from here is a pretty straightforward operation. We don’t go in for all that modern office talk. We just show up, do what needs doing, and that is about it. The Pin code is 390001, right in the heart of the city. There’s always noise from the street. You’ll hear vendors selling snacks and bikes zipping past Kapdipole. It’s a lively place to be. We’ve got our desks and our files. We just keep the wheels turning. It might not look like much from the outside if you are used to big modern cities, but for us in Vadodara, it works just fine. We don't spend much time worrying about the furniture or decor. Making sure the work for Ongc gets finished on time every day is what we focus on. It is a practical way to run a business and it suits us perfectly. Every day is a bit different but the goal is always the same.
