Omax Watchco

Our shop, Omax Watchco, sits right across from Sagar Talkies. It’s on the 23rd Cross, along the 4th Main Road in the 7th Sector here in Vadodara. It is a bit of a specific spot to find if you aren't from the neighborhood, but once you see the cinema, you know you’re close. We deal with all sorts of watches. Most days it’s just us sitting behind the counter, looking through magnifying glasses at tiny gears and springs. The traffic on 4th Main can get pretty loud during the rush hour, but inside it stays mostly quiet. We’ve been at this location for a while. People come by after catching a movie or while they are out doing their errands in the 7th Sector. It’s a regular routine for us. We keep a variety of straps and batteries in the drawers. Nothing too fancy, just the things people actually need for their watches. We don't really do much advertising. People usually find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. The shop isn't very big, so things can get a little crowded when more than two people are inside at once. We just try to keep things moving. It’s a local business, run by local people. We know the streets around here well. If you’re near Sagar Talkies, that’s where you’ll find us. We keep the doors open and the lights on.
