We are located at 155 Chimnlal Park in Vadodara. It’s right by the Poonam Complex on Waghodia Road. This is where Oceanic Buildcon is based. The office is a simple setup in a building that’s seen a lot of years. We have a few desks where we sit and handle the billing and the site schedules every day. It’s not a place with shiny floors or big glass walls. We usually have the windows open if it’s not too dusty outside. You can hear the traffic from Waghodia Road most of the time. There is a small area for storing tools and some equipment that needs fixing. We keep a pot of tea going for anyone who stops by to chat. It’s mostly just us and a few regular contractors who come in and out. The walls have some maps and old photos pinned to them. We’ve been at this address for a long time, so we know all the shortcuts around the city. It’s a practical workspace for a construction company. We don't put much effort into how the office looks because we are usually out at the sites anyway. If you call, someone will eventually answer, though we might be busy with a delivery out back. It’s just a normal business doing its thing in Vadodara-19. We try to keep the paperwork organized, but it piles up. It is what it is.
