Our office is at 155 "Indradeep" in Chimnlal Park. We are close to the Poonam Complex on Waghodia Road in Vadodara. Oceanic Buildcon is what we call the business. It’s a residential area mostly, so it stays fairly quiet during the morning hours. We use a portion of the building for our desks and all the filing. There are always some samples of bricks or tiles sitting in the corner somewhere. We spend a lot of time on the phone with various sites. The neighbors are used to us being here by now. We’ve got a small porch where we sit sometimes to talk about the day's work when the weather is nice. The office inside has a few computers that are a bit old but they still work fine for what we do. We don't have a big corporate sign, just a small one by the entrance. It feels more like a family-run place than a big company. We know the local shops around Waghodia Road quite well. Sometimes we have to move the furniture around to fit in new rolls of blueprints. It gets a bit cluttered during the busy weeks. We try to keep things moving along with the projects we have in hand. There is no fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some people working on construction plans. We’ve been in Vadodara-19 for quite a while. It’s a good spot for us. We just keep working away here every day.
