We are Nutri Bio-Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and you can find us out at the Morar Industrial Estate in Padra. We are on Jaspur Road, specifically Plots 13, 21, and 22. It is a bit of a spread-out area. Padra is usually a busy place with all the trucks moving in and out of the various estates. Our day starts with checking what came in overnight. There is always a lot of activity near the gate because of the layout of the plots. It is not some high-tech glass building. It is more of a practical workspace where things actually happen. The weather gets quite hot here, so the ceiling fans are always on full blast. We have been here for a while and most of the staff knows the neighborhood well. There is a small tea stall nearby where everyone goes during the breaks. We focus on getting through the logs and making sure the supplies are where they should be. It is noisy sometimes with the nearby machines in the estate, but you get used to it after a week or two. Our address is easy to find if you are coming down Jaspur Road. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing. There is no corporate manual on how to talk to people here. We just talk like regular folks. It is a decent place to work. It’s mostly about getting things done and heading home.
