This part of Nizamiya Construction is located over in Srikrushna Colony in Amalner. It’s a bit different from working in the big cities like Baroda. Things move a little slower here in the Jalgaon district, but there’s still plenty of work to be done. Our office is right there in the colony, and most people around here know who we are. We don't have a big corporate headquarters; it’s just a practical space where we manage our local projects. We do building work for the folks around here, whether it’s a small house or some repairs. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just build things. We hire local guys and try to get the job finished on time. Sometimes the weather doesn't help us out, or we have trouble getting the right materials delivered to Amalner, but we always figure it out eventually. It's a hands-on kind of business. We’re usually out checking on the progress of a wall or talking to a homeowner about where the pipes should go. We don't have a mission statement or a fancy philosophy. We just want to make sure that whatever we build is solid and does what it’s supposed to do. It’s a quiet life compared to the big city, but we like it that way.
