Nitin Sidhpur & Associates

Nitin Sidhpur & Associates is based at unit number 79 in the Alkapuri Gidc Estate. Being part of a GIDC estate means we are surrounded by all sorts of different businesses and small factories. It’s a busy environment where there is always some kind of activity happening right outside our door. Our office at number 79 is a practical space designed for work rather than looks. We have the usual desks, chairs, and stacks of files that you’d expect. The walls are mostly bare, and the furniture is just stuff we’ve gathered over the years. It’s not a corporate office by any means. We spend our days here dealing with the various things that come up. The estate can be a bit of a maze if you aren't familiar with it, but most people find Alkapuri easily enough. We have a small area for making tea, which is where we usually take our breaks. The noise from the estate is constant, but it’s just part of the background for us now. We start our work early to avoid the worst of the midday heat. There aren't any big signs or flashy entrances at unit 79. It’s just a place where we put in our hours and try to keep things organized. Most of the other people in the estate are doing the same thing, so it feels like a hard-working community. We’ve been here a long time and know most of the neighbors.
