Nitin Bhardwaj

Nitin Bhardwaj is the name on the door here at Alkapuri 201. This is where we handle all our design and planning work. It is a small office, nothing too flashy, just a place where we sit down and get to work on whatever project is currently on the table. We’ve been in Alkapuri for a while and most people in the building know us. The space is usually filled with the sound of keyboards clicking and some low music in the background. We handle all sorts of small to medium tasks, mostly helping folks who need a professional eye on their building plans. It’s a bit of a climb to get to 201, but the view of the street helps when we need a break from the computer screen. We keep a pretty regular schedule, though things can get a bit hectic when deadlines are approaching. We aren't a big corporation with departments; it's just a small team putting in the hours. Most of the day is spent checking dimensions and making sure the lines on the paper actually make sense for a real building. We don't spend much time on fancy marketing because the work keeps us plenty busy as it is. It is a practical office for practical work, and that is exactly how we like to keep things running day to day. If the door is locked, we are probably out on a site visit.
