Nirmal Roadlines

If you go to 208 Mota Habipura, you’ll find us in the Mansarovar Complex. It’s a large building right opposite the Gurudawara. The location is quite busy, especially on festival days when the Gurudawara has many visitors. Nirmal Roadlines has been here for years. The office is tucked away on the second floor, so there are a lot of steps to climb every day. We don’t have an elevator, but it keeps us fit. The room is filled with old ledgers and maps of the roads. It smells a bit like old paper and tea. We spend our mornings coordinating with drivers and checking the weather reports. It’s a no-nonsense environment. The furniture is mismatching, but it’s comfortable. We have a small balcony where we can watch the street below. You can see the traffic piling up near the junction from there. It’s a good place to work because everything we need is within walking distance. The local chai wallah brings us a tray every afternoon without us even asking. It’s those little things that make being in Mota Habipura nice. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with a shiny lobby or high-tech gadgets. We just have our phones, our notebooks, and a lot of patience. This office in Mansarovar Complex is where the heart of our work happens, and it’s been that way since the beginning.
