We are located on the 7th floor of Lalita Tower, which is right on Productivity Road in Vadodara. Being behind the railway station means we hear the trains coming and going quite often. It’s a bit of a climb if the elevator is acting up, but usually, it works fine. Up here on the seventh floor, the view of the city is actually pretty good. Our workspace is filled with rows of desks and monitors. The cables are a bit of a mess under the tables, but that is how it goes with tech stuff. We spend most of our hours staring at screens and typing away. The air conditioning is usually running because it gets stuffy with all the computers going. We are right near the Rajpath Hotel, so it is easy to tell people where to find us. It’s a professional enough space, but it has that lived-in feel with coffee mugs and half-empty water bottles scattered around. We have a small break area where someone usually leaves a newspaper. It’s not a quiet library type of place; there is always some clicking of keyboards or people discussing a project. We try to keep things moving along so we can finish up and get to the station on time. It is a busy spot in a busy part of the city. We have been here for a while and the routine is pretty much set for the whole team.
