Nikhilchandra N Dave operates out of Alaknanda Complex on the Vadodara Circular Road. Specifically, we are in room 308. The road is usually packed with cars and scooters, especially during the rush hour. You can hear the horns from the office if the windows are open. It’s a standard office space with white walls and a few filing cabinets. We’ve been here long enough that the commute feels like second nature now. The complex itself has a lot of different businesses, so you see different faces in the hallway every day. It is a bit of a walk from the parking area to the entrance, but it’s fine. We keep the place clean, though it gets dusty because of the road construction nearby. Most of the afternoon is spent answering phones and typing things up. It’s a quiet environment for the most part. Sometimes we step out to the local tea stall for a break. Vadodara Circular Road is a good spot because it’s easy to explain to people where we are. We don't have any big signs or anything, just the door number. It’s just us doing our thing in Alaknanda Complex. The rhythm of the day stays pretty consistent. We come in, do the work, and lock up in the evening. It’s a simple setup but it serves us well enough.
