You can find us over in Manjalpur, specifically at A/12 in the Vishal Narmada Nagar Society-3. We are quite close to the GIDC Road, which makes sense for an engineering and construction company. We have been in Vadodara for a good number of years. Our office is a quiet place where we sit and go through technical drawings and project schedules. We aren't the type of people to wear suits and give big presentations. Usually, we are in our work clothes, ready to head out to a site. We do a mix of engineering work and actual building. It involves a lot of checking measurements and making sure the steel is tied correctly. Vadodara is growing quite a bit, so there is always a new factory or a small building going up nearby. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in town. We just take on projects where we know we can do a solid job. Sometimes there are delays with permits or the weather doesn't cooperate, which is just part of the construction life in India. We try to be practical about everything. We don't use a lot of jargon; we just explain what needs to be done and then we go out and do it. It’s a simple way of working, but it has served us well so far. Most of our guys have been around for a long time and they know their stuff.
