Newton Engg. & Chemicals Ltd.

Newton Engg. & Chemicals Ltd. is based over at 263/Sundarvan Socity on New Sama Road in Baroda. It’s a residential area, so it’s usually pretty quiet except for the local kids playing outside or the occasional vegetable vendor passing by the gate. We do our engineering and chemical business right from this house. It’s a bit different from working in a big industrial park, but we like being part of the neighborhood. The rooms are filled with technical drawings and some samples we keep for testing. In Baroda, the heat can get pretty bad in the afternoons, so we have the fans going full blast while we try to figure out the specs for a new project. We deal with a lot of local manufacturers and suppliers, so there’s always someone dropping by for a quick chat or to pick up some documents. We don’t really do the whole corporate suit and tie thing here. It’s more about getting the calculations right and making sure the chemical orders are handled safely. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the blueprints lying around on the floor, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical setup for us. We’ve been on New Sama Road for quite some time now, and the neighbors don't seem to mind us running a company out of the society. We just focus on the work and keep things moving one day at a time without any fuss.
