New Arm

Our spot is at Aangan 11, inside Raj Nagar Society. It’s a bit tucked away since we are right behind Arunachal Society in Subhanpura, so sometimes people have to call us for directions the first time they visit. It’s a quiet enough neighborhood, which is nice compared to the main roads. New Arm started out small and we’ve mostly stayed that way because it’s easier to manage things ourselves. We don't have a big staff or a formal lobby. Usually, it’s just one or two of us handling whatever comes up that day. The office is basically part of the residential area, so it feels more like a home than a workplace most of the time. We have tea together in the mornings and then get to work. It’s not a complicated setup. We handle our tasks, answer the phone, and try to keep things organized. Sometimes the neighbor's kids are playing outside or there’s a delivery truck blocking the lane, but that’s just part of being in Raj Nagar. We’ve known the people around here for years, so it feels like a community. We aren't doing anything flashy, just keeping the business going from this small corner. It might not look like much from the outside, but we have everything we need right here to get through the day's list of things to do. We just keep it simple and focus on what needs finishing.
