Navkar Developers

Navkar Developers is located at 22/A, Shaimee Soc. No.1, on Subhanpura Road in Vadodara. We are right in the heart of a residential area, which feels right because we spend our time thinking about housing and local developments. The office is basically a converted space in the society, so it has a very neighborly feel. People from the area often drop by just to ask about what we are working on. We don’t have any slick receptionists or big corporate logos. It’s just us, some drafting tables, and plenty of blueprints rolled up in the corners. Subhanpura is a nice part of town, and we like being here. We spend a lot of time out at our project sites, checking on the workers and making sure the materials are delivered. When we are in the office, we are usually looking at maps or dealing with the municipal paperwork. It can be a slow process sometimes with the permits, but we just take it one day at a time. We aren’t a huge firm, so everyone does a bit of everything. One day you might be talking to a mason, and the next you are sitting at the desk writing out checks. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we know. We try to keep things simple and honest with everyone we meet. Our desks might be a bit cluttered, but we know where every drawing is located.
