Navin Chemicals

We’ve been here at C-1B, 160/5 in Gidc, Nandeshri for quite a long time now. It’s a heavy industrial area, so it’s always busy with trucks and people moving things around. Navin Chemicals is just a small part of this big estate. We mostly deal with basic chemical stuff that other factories need. It’s not fancy or anything. Most days start early because the heat gets pretty bad in the afternoon. We have a few guys working the floor and a small office where we handle the paperwork. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it’s quiet enough to actually get some coffee. We don’t really do big advertisements or anything like that. People in the GIDC know where we are. If you’ve spent any time in Nandeshri, you know how it is. The roads get dusty and there’s always something being loaded. We just try to keep things organized and make sure the orders get out when they’re supposed to. There’s no big secret to how we run things. We just show up, do the mixing or packing, and go home. It’s been our routine for years. The neighbors are mostly other chemical units, so we all kind of understand each other's problems. It’s a lot of manual work and checking bags. We don’t have a big corporate board or anything. It’s just us here in the shed making sure everything stays on track and the deliveries happen on time.
